Silly things

We found a bird feather in the yard and Raeann spent quite some time throwing it up into the air. It was even more exciting when she tried to throw it on top of my head or her own.
Um, yeah, well, she's at least being creative and developing her fine motor skills!

Where the white pumpkin grows

Raeann and her daycare friends were taken to the local pumpkin patch today. I'm not sure how the picking of the pumpkin actually happened, but she came home with this pure white one.
This is my attempt to take "professional" looking pictures of Raeann with the pumpkin.

Love this one!
And this one too! I so wish the window wasn't in the background though!

Having fun at Daycare

She loves to sit on the frog potty - don't think she even knows what it's for, just likes sitting on it.
We don't have many big trees around our house, well, none at all really, so she loves playing around these ones at the daycare.
Lots of fun outside.

Raeann and The Computer

Raeann loves the computer. She's figured out that it does something (probably because she sees Mike and I on it so much, plus we Skype with my Mom and Dad) and loves making it do things. She's typed, opened windows, closed windows, and found the scroll bar on the mouse.

Raeann's First Football Game

Raeann and I made it through her first half of football Friday night. We stayed until half time (which was about 8:00 and bedtime) then left. She loved the bleachers more than anything. She found all kinds of rocks and grass and loved climbing over the stands and up and down the stairs. I don't think I saw one play!
This was at the beginning when we actually thought we could block her into an area. She took turns climbing under and over the bleacher shortly after.
Go Pirates!

Being a dinosaur

Our daycare sitter does projects with the kids every day and this day they were doing dinosaur projects. They each finger painted a paper egg and she took their picture and pasted it into the middle of the egg. She's wearing a dinosaur hat on her head. Once you know what it is, it's pretty easy to tell.
