Raeann loves the computer. She's figured out that it does something (probably because she sees Mike and I on it so much, plus we Skype with my Mom and Dad) and loves making it do things. She's typed, opened windows, closed windows, and found the scroll bar on the mouse.

Raeann's First Football Game
Raeann and I made it through her first half of football Friday night. We stayed until half time (which was about 8:00 and bedtime) then left. She loved the bleachers more than anything. She found all kinds of rocks and grass and loved climbing over the stands and up and down the stairs. I don't think I saw one play!
This was at the beginning when we actually thought we could block her into an area. She took turns climbing under and over the bleacher shortly after.

Being a dinosaur
Our daycare sitter does projects with the kids every day and this day they were doing dinosaur projects. They each finger painted a paper egg and she took their picture and pasted it into the middle of the egg. She's wearing a dinosaur hat on her head. Once you know what it is, it's pretty easy to tell.

Hose on a hot day
Out of desperation because our little blow-up pool went flat and we don't have a manual sprinkler (our entire yard is set on an automatic system), I turned on the hose to let Raeann play in it and cool off a bit. Boy did she have fun. I tried to go to different areas of the yard so one spot wouldn't get too soggy.
Building
Raeann is starting to turn into a little toddler! I'm so glad that toys keep her more occupied now. She's learning how to build with these big legos instead of just taking apart what I build. Notice her little lower lip sticking out. That's because she sticks her tongue out when she's concentrating. I was having a hard time not laughing.

Dinner time
Raeann used a fork by herself for the first time last night. By the time we thought of getting a video of it, she only had a few pieces left. So instead of seeing an entire meal, you get to see some animal sounds too! She's learning so much right now, it thrills both of us and you should see how proud she is of herself!

Woo-hoo!
I had this thought that I would get a bike at the beginning of this summer and a trek to pull Raeann behind and really get in shape. Well...my in-laws bought us the trek, but we couldn't get it out from Michigan until my parents came out at the end of July, so then we waited and ended up just purchasing the bike for my birthday. Two weeks left of summer, let's see how much riding I can get in!
I was kinda excited that I actually remembered how to ride a bike; I haven't owned one since I owned a car!
